Terms & conditions

Terms & conditions

These terms govern the use of the Ciurma mobile app (formerly called Teamergy), offered by Antonio Abbattista ("we"). By using the app you accept them. Since October 29, 2026 Teamergy is called Ciurma: the service and the provider do not change.

Provider: Antonio Abbattista Effective date: October 29, 2026 Contact: phoenix.tu.dev@gmail.com

The service

Ciurma lets groups of people ("crews") manage everyday things together: shared expenses and balances, chores, shopping lists and loyalty cards, a pantry, events and polls, and a pizza timer.

The app is in a closed test. It may contain errors, change or be interrupted, and it is offered as it is.

Your account

You sign in with your Google account. One account per person, and you are responsible for what is done with it. You must be at least 14 years old. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings, "Delete account").

Crews, captain and admins

Whoever creates a crew is its captain. The captain and the admins invite people, remove members and choose the modules. The captain can also delete the crew, for all its members.

You can invite by email, with a code or with a QR code. A code has 8 characters and lasts 7 days; whoever has it can join the crew until it expires or is turned off, so share it only with people you want in. The captain or an admin can create a new code or turn it off at any time.

The contents of a crew are visible to all its members. Think before you add something.

Expenses and balances

The app is a bookkeeping aid. It does not move money, does not make payments and does not check the amounts. Balances depend on what the members enter. Any disagreement between members is theirs to settle.

Content and acceptable use

You are responsible for what you add to the app. Do not add content that is:

  • illegal or that violates other people's rights;
  • abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory or hateful;
  • discriminatory or that incites violence or illegal acts;
  • spam, phishing or malware;
  • a violation of other people's privacy or personal data;
  • false or misleading.

We may remove content that breaks these rules and suspend the accounts that seriously or repeatedly do. You keep your rights on your content and you give us only the licence needed to run the service: to store it and to show it to the members of your crew.

To report content you believe is illegal or breaks these terms, write to phoenix.tu.dev@gmail.com.

Paid features

Some features may be paid. If and when they are on, purchases go through Google Play: prices, renewal, cancellation and refunds follow the rules of Google Play, and the price is always shown in the app before you buy. Consumers keep the rights the law gives them.

Availability and changes

Most features need an internet connection. The service may be interrupted, changed or discontinued. If we discontinue it we will give reasonable notice and, where possible, a way to export your data. The app uses third-party services (such as Supabase, Google and Sentry) that have their own terms.

Intellectual property and licence

The app, its code, design, name and logo belong to us. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the app on your devices for your personal use. You may not copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the app, except where the law expressly allows it.

Suspension and ending

You can stop using the app whenever you like by deleting your account. We may suspend or close an account that seriously breaks these terms, giving notice when possible, and at once if the law is broken or other people are put at risk.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, for lost data or for mistakes in amounts entered by the members of a crew. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (for example for death, personal injury, fraud or gross negligence) or limits the rights of consumers under mandatory law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply to you and you may bring a claim before the court of your place of residence or domicile.

Digital Services Act

Point of contact for authorities and for users: phoenix.tu.dev@gmail.com. Notices about content you believe is illegal can be sent there, with the details needed to find it. When we restrict content or an account we explain why. You can reply to us, and you may also turn to an out-of-court dispute settlement body certified under the DSA.

General

These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the app. If a clause is invalid, the others stay valid. We may update these terms: the new version is published on this page with its date and, for important changes, in the app; if you keep using the app after that you accept it. Previous versions are available on request.
